Plasma technology has emerged as a versatile tool with diverse applications in electrical engineering processes. In this paper, we provide a comprehensive review of the various applications of plasma technology in electrical processes. We begin by discussing the fundamental principles of plasma and its unique electrical properties. Subsequently, we delve into specific applications of plasma technology in areas such as surface treatment, material synthesis, semiconductor fabrication, renewable energy generation, and environmental remediation. We explore the underlying mechanisms, advantages, and challenges associated with each application, providing insights into the current state-of-the-art and future directions for research and development. This comprehensive review aims to offer electrical engineers a deeper understanding of the potential of plasma technology and inspire further exploration and innovation in this rapidly evolving field.
