چکیده مقاله:

A series of magnetic and pH responsive core double or triple shells of CoFe۲O۴/mSiO۲-NH۲/Poly(MAA-co-IA)/MF۳,ZnFe۲O۴/nSiO۲/mSiO۲/MF۳/NH۲/pectin-DAand NaCeF۴:Yb/Er@SiO۲@Fe۳O۴-NH۲@Poly(MAA-co-IA) were designed and applied as carrier for anticancer methotrexate (MTX) and doxorubicin (DOX) drugs. MF۳ is assigned to Ce۳+, Tb۳+ & Gd۳+ ions as emission activator and MAA-co-IA is related to poly(methacrylic acid-co-itaconic polymer. The nano drugs were tested against MCF-۷ breast cancer, lung carcinoma (A۵۴۹) and MDA-MB-۲۳۱ breast cancer cells, respectively.The focus of the lecture is on the effect of the porosity of the silica (nSiO۲ or mSiO۲) on the amount of drug loading, drug releasing, cell viability, cellular uptake and biocompatibility (following table).
