Conclusions. Midwifeledcare can be a model not only for providing safe and cost-effective delivery care but also improving the efficiency ofthe health system. However, the lack of enabling factors jeopardizes the quality of care provided by midwives. Midwivesshould know their powerful position and the possibility of the influence of the workplace culture on their attitude. Thefocus should be on working with women to promote natural childbirth.
