Preventive Healthcare Facilities Network Design: A Bi-level Modeling Approach

This paper presents a new mathematical model for preventive healthcare facilities network design based on bi-level programming. Preventive healthcare reduces the probability of disease occurrence and its severe consequences by timely identification of the symptoms of the disease. The level of participation of people in preventive healthcare is a determining factor in the effectiveness and reliability of these Keywords plans. Because exact and classical solution methods for solving bi- level problems are inefficient a new Mathematical modeling mat-heuristic algorithm is proposed to effectively solve this problem. This method is compared with Mat-heuristic algorithm exact and meta-heuristic methods in terms of the accuracy of the obtained solutions
