چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of social wear in the relationship between work ethics and organizational silence. The study method was descriptive and correlational with Structural Equation Method (SEM). The statistical population of the study consisted of all the staffs of sport and youth departments in northwest of Iran and ۱۹۶ samples were selected using stratified random sampling. Work ethics questionnaire, social wear questionnaire and organizational silence questionnaire were used to collect the information. Content validity of questionnaires have been confirmed and their reliabilities were ۰.۸۷, ۰.۷۹, and ۰.۸۲, respectively. SPSS ۲۲ and LISREL software was utilized in order to analyze the collected data (mean, standard deviation, Pearson coefficient, and KMO and Bartlett test). The results showed that the direct effect of work ethic on organizational silence and social wear on organizational silence is significant.In addition, the work ethic indirectly affects organizational silence through social wear.
