Bibliometric Network Analysis utilizing Classified Journal Map

The bibliometric citation network analysis of over ۸۰۰۰ journals listed in the Journal Citation Reportswith the topic of Computer Science as a field in the time span ۲۰۱۷- ۲۰۲۳ is demonstrated. TheVOSviewer software for integrating the journal mapping and clustering is utilized. Variety of datatechniques are deployed such as citation analysis, centrality analysis, and bibliographic couplingsource to identify the characteristics of the citation network, the groups that constituted the intellectualstructure of the cited journals, and most influential journals. The deployment of Bibliographiccoupling source techniques is adopted as a superior method to investigate the significance andcentrality of the scientific journals among others. The PageRank centrality of journals network basedthrough Matlab software is also successfully calculated.
