چکیده مقاله:

Dry ports are inland terminals for mixed goods that have been established in some countries. According to the general structure of dry ports in different countries, especially Iran, they play a major role in the field of multimodal transportation. Considering that some countries have wide beaches, they can earn non-oil income by using these beaches. Therefore, in this study, we are looking at the design of the logistics network for dry-sea ports, with an emphasis on multimodal transportation systems and an Omni-Channel (OC) strategy. The mathematical model of this article includes three objective functions, such as cost and environmental impact minimization and job opportunity maximization. This study proposes a mixed-integer programming model for setting up a sustainable, responsive logistics network. Moreover, the Lp-metric, Epsilon Constraint (EC), and Goal Programming (GP) approaches are used to solve the developed model. Eventually, several numerical examples are used to evaluate the mentioned solution approach.
