چکیده مقاله:

The emergence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria has resulted in the pressing need for innovativetherapeutic approaches to combat infectious diseases. Engineered nanomaterials offer apromising solution to this challenge by enhancing the efficacy and selectivity of antimicrobialtreatments. This research aims to investigate the use of nanoparticles, such as polymeric ormetallic nanocarriers, to improve the delivery and efficacy of antimicrobial agents againstspecific bacterial pathogens. The proposed study will focus on the development of new nanoformulations that can improvethe solubility, stability, and targeted delivery of antimicrobial agents to infected sites. Byutilizing the unique properties of nanomaterials, the research will explore strategies to enhancethe localization and accumulation of antimicrobial agents at the target site, thereby reducingsystemic exposure and minimizing adverse side effects. Furthermore, the investigation willexamine the potential of these nanoparticle-based systems to selectively target and eradicatespecific bacterial pathogens, improving treatment outcomes and reducing the risk ofantimicrobial resistance. The findings of this research will contribute to the advancement of nanomedicine and itsapplication in the field of antimicrobial therapy. The development of effective and targetednanoformulations for antimicrobial delivery could lead to significant improvements in themanagement of infectious diseases, ultimately benefiting patient care and public health.
