چکیده مقاله:
In this research, the performance of two airfoil models, GOE-۳۸۷ andGOE-۵K, under different angles of attack at a Reynolds number of ۳x۱۰۵was compared using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis oftwo-dimensional subsonic flow. The aim of this study was to determinethe appropriate application and position of each airfoil and to identify themost suitable airfoil. In this report, the pressure distribution, pressurecoefficient (CP), lift force (FL), and drag force (FD) were calculated andcompared for both airfoils to determine the angle of attack at which themaximum lift force is obtained with the minimum drag force.The geometry of the abovementioned airfoils was created in theCOMSOL Multiphysics ۵.۶ design modeling software. The CFDanalysis was performed in COMSOL Multiphysics for angles of attackranging from -۱۵° to +۱۵°.
