چکیده مقاله:
The classroom management is a key variable in creating a favorable atmosphere for teaching and learning of students. Equipping teachers with effective management skills in planning for professional training is an undeniable necessity. The purpose of writing this review article is to familiarize teachers with classroom management methods.The scientific type is a review and a descriptive method, and the method of collecting information is in the form of library studies and the use of databases such as: Irandak, knowledge net , site, etc. The result of this research showed that classroom management is effective in better learning of students and establishing order in the classroom. And teachers should learn how to lead and manage the class better so that they can have attractive and successful teaching and increase students' attention and motivation to lessons and learning.
