Factors Influencing Fertility Health: A Systematic Review

Introduction: Fertility health is recognized as a crucial element in ensuring population sustainability and societal economic growth. In recent decades, various risks have impacted fertility health significantly. This systematic review aims to provide a comprehensive examination of factors influencing fertility health.Methodology: To conduct this study, relevant sources from scientific databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science were scrutinized, encompassing articles published between ۲۰۱۰ and ۲۰۲۳. In addition, specific entry and exit criteria were employed for the selection of articles.Findings: Out of ۲۰۰ pertinent articles, ۳۵ final studies were chosen for analysis and evaluation. The results below indicate that various factors play a key role in fertility health: ۱.Age: Fertility capability decreases with advancing age.۲.Nutrition: Improper nutrition and nutrient deficiencies and Factors like obesity or underweight status۳.Stress: Everyday stress and stressful events can have a direct and adverse effect on fertility health.۴. Environmental Factors: Environmental elements such as exposure to chemicals and air pollution.۵. Lifestyle: Aspects like alcohol consumption, smoking, and lack of physical activity.Conclusion: Considering the societal importance of fertility health, further research in this domain can aid in identifying evidence-based factors and proposing effective strategies for enhancement.
