چکیده مقاله:
This study explores the utilization of the core-shell nanoparticle Fe۳O۴@SiO۲@CS@EDTA/Co(II) as aneco-friendly and highly effective magnetic catalyst for the conversion of various alcohols containing aliphatic andaromatic substrate with electron-donating or electron-withdrawing groups into their respective amine derivatives. AnFESEM image depicting the core-shell nano catalyst was presented. The research involves particular optimization ofreaction conditions, considering parameters such as the presence of a base, reaction duration, operationaltemperature, catalyst quantity, and kind of transition metal to establish the most favorable settings. Optimal resultswere obtained with ۰.۴ mmol of catalyst per ۱ mmol of substrate under reflux conditions for ۳-۲۴ h. The reactiondemonstrates high efficiency, and its applicability in organic chemistry and industrial contexts is highlighted by thecatalyst's easy separation through an external magnetic field, stability, and recyclability.
