We have developed novel combined microelectrodes by modifying carbon fiber (۳۳ μm) coated withan Au nano-film to serve as a working electrode and tiny silver wire as reference electrode. This microscale toolallows for the direct microelectroanalysis and monitoring of ascorbic acid in lemon and cactus bodies, serving asbiological matrices and stored fresh juice in different conditions
