One-pot and sequential synthesis of bis-imidazopyridine disulfide derivatives

An efficient, one-pot method of the reaction of phenacyl bromide and ۲-aminopyridine in the presenceof sulfur and trimethylsilyl cyanide for the synthesis of bis-imidazopyridine disulfide derivatives is reported.
