Optimization of electrospun polycaprolactone /polyethyleneimine nanofibers usingresponse surface methodology

The electrospinning of polyethyleneimine/polycaprolactone nanofibers is done by using responsesurface methodology based on Box-Benken design. The effect of three important factors including PCL/PEIsolution concentration, PCL: PEI mass ratio and applied voltage on the nanofibers’ diameter were investigated,and the optimal conditions for the fabrication of nanofibers were determined.
