چکیده مقاله:

An analytical method based on Solid phase extraction liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (SPELC-MS/MS) was developed for determination of α-solanine and α-chaconine steroidal glycoalkaloids (GA) in Iranianpotato cultivars. Chromatographic separation and influential parameters on extraction efficiency were investigated andoptimized. The limits of quantification (LOQs) for α-chaconine and α-solanine were ۰.۰۳۵ mg kg−۱ and ۰.۰۳۷۵ mg kg−۱of dry mass, respectively, at the signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) of ۱۰. The limits of detection (LODs) for α-chaconine and α-solanine were ۰.۰۰۶۲۵ mg kg−۱ and ۰.۱ mg kg−۱ of dry mass, respectively, at the signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) of ۳.
