چکیده مقاله:
The aim of this study is to extract naringin from the grapefruit using water as the solvent during theextraction process. The optimal parameters, including time, pH, and sample-to-solvent ratio, were determinedusing Design-Expert (DOE) software. The temperature was maintained constant at ۵۵ ℃. The concentration ofthe samples was determined through spectrophotometric analysis. The ANOVA model for the water solventshowed a correlation coefficient of ۰.۹۶۴۶ at a %۹۵ confidence level.
