Investigating the anticancer activity of a silver phosphoramide complex and comparing itwith cisplatin

In this study, an Ag (I) complex (C) containing phosphoric triamide ligand (L) with a formula of [Ag((C۵H۴NC(O)NHP(O)(NC۶H۱۲)۲)۲NO۳]۲ was synthesized and its in-vitro anticancer activity investigated against twocancer cell lines (MDA-MB-۲۳۱, MCF-۷) and one normal cell line (MCF۱۰A) using MTT Assay. This complexshowed better and more selective anticancer activity in comparison to Cisplatin.
