Stir Bar Sorptive Extraction Coupled with HPLC-UV for Benzoic acid and Sorbic acidanalysis

This work demonstrated the stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) of benzoic acid and sorbic acid followedby HPLC-UV. After optimization, the linearity and limits of detection were in the range of ۰.۰۱-۷ mg/L and ۰.۰۰۵-۰.۰۰۶ mg/L, respectively. Acceptable recoveries (>۹۲.۳%) with RSDs of less than ۵.۳% were achieved.
