Fabrication of polyamide thin film nanocomposite membrane with enhanced antibacterialproperties

A polyamide nanofiltration membrane was fabricated via interfacial polymerization with the assistanceof a Ag/Cu-BTC-NH۲ nanocomposite interlayer to enhance antibacterial performances. The efficacyperformance of the developed TFN membranes were compared with TFC membrane and found that TFNmembranes showed excellent water flux. Besides, Ag/Cu-BTC-NH۲ membranes showed noteworthyantibacterial properties.
