چکیده مقاله:

This article presents a modified carbon paste electrode for detecting Cu۲+ ions using ۱-(۱,۳-benzothiazole-۲-yl)-۳-phenylthiourea. The electrode has a good selectivity to Cu۲+ with a Nernstian slope of ۳۰.۴ mV decade-۱ and a stable potential response over a pH range of ۳-۶. The detection limit of the method was ۱.۰ × ۱۰−۶M and the response time of carbon paste electrode was ۵-۸ seconds.
