چکیده مقاله:

In this research study, the combination of Fe۳O۴@SiO۲ nanocomposite as the nanostructure and a deepeutectic solvent (oceanic acid: cumarine) and dispersive solid phase extraction was used as a green method forsimultaneous separation and preconcentartion of nickel and cobalt which determined by MP-AES. The effect ofimportant parameters was studied. At optimum conditions, the linear range of ۱۰-۵۰۰ μg kg-۱, LOD of ۳.۲ and۳.۱ μg kg-۱ and LOQ of ۱۰.۵, ۱۰.۳ μg kg-۱ were achieved for nickel and cobalt respectively. The repeatability (intra–day precision (n=۵)) of ≤ ۲.۶ and ۲.۵ % for nickel and cobalt respectively and reproducibility (inter–day precision,days=۵, n=۳) of ≤۳.۳ % and were appraise at two concentration levels (۵۰ and ۱۰۰ μg kg-۱). High relativerecoveries of ۹۱.۲-۹۹.۳ % confirmed high potential of the presented method.
