چکیده مقاله:

Using polymers based on biological materials, rather than those based on petroleum, to create ecofriendlybiologically degradable materials has gained popularity in recent years. Today, scientists advise choosingpolymers that are naturally eco-friendly. So, soybean contains ۹۰% protein, which is a cheap, easily accessible, and biodegradable ingredient biopolymer. Soy protein is often combined with biopolymers or nanomaterials toimprove its properties and for its successful applications. An appealing aspect of it is its use in numerousindustrial fields. Soy protein-based blends/composites/nanocomposites are gaining great attention inpackaging, medical, and other sectors and have applications in food packaging, medical sector, horticulturalapplications, wood adhesive agents, and in the green development of batteries. Due to this, the extraction ofthis protein is significant; in this article, we will deal with the extraction of soy protein as a biopolymer.
