Synthesis of ۲-sulfonamidoindolizine by ۱,۳-Dipolar Cycloaddition of Pyridinium Ylideswith Benchtop Stabilized Ketenimines

In this project, an efficient approach for the synthesis of multisubstituted ۲-sulfonamidoindolizinederivatives was illustrated through the ۱,۳-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of pyridinium ylides with benchtopstabilized ketenimines. This method involves the [۳+۲] cycloaddition between pyridinium ylides and keteniminespecies. The structure of the product was approved by ۱H-NMR, ۱۳C-NMR, HRMS and X-ray crystallography
