Co-Delivery System of Triple Anticancer Drugs Using Chitosan Modified Single-WalledCarbon Nanotube: Molecular Dynamics Simulation Study

Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations were applied for investigation of co-loading of doxorubicin(DOX), paclitaxel (PTX), and methotrexate (MTX) drugs on/into the chitosan functionalized single-walled carbonnanotube (FSWCNT) in the various conditions. Results indicate that encapsulation process is desired strategy foreffective drugs co-loading using FSWCNT, especially for encapsulated DOX molecules
