Construction of a New Acidic Covalent Organic Framework and Its Application as RobustCatalyst for the Synthesis of Imidazoles

Herein, we delve to synthesis of new acidic covalent organic framework via post modification of COFby sulfonic acid tags. The reported COF due to having acidic cites in its structure and high specific surface area,is an excellent candidate as heterogeneous catalyst for the multicomponent synthesis of imidazole derivatives
