Determination of Brucine in Stomach Content using Hollow Fiber Liquid-PhaseMicroextraction Coupled with Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry: Optimization byBox-Behnken Experimental Design

A sensitive, efficient, and green hollow-fiber liquid-phase microextraction method followed by gaschromatography-mass spectrometry, was developed for preconcentration and determination of brucine.Optimization by the response surface methodology resulted in a linear dynamic range of ۰.۷۴-۱۰۰۰ μg L-۱ andthe limits of detection and quantification of ۰.۲۲, and ۰.۷۴ μg L-۱ respectively.
