Statistical Optimization of Hollow Fiber Liquid Phase Microextraction for SimultaneousPreconcentration and Determination of Bupivacaine and Dibucaine in the PostmortemFemoral Venous Blood

This study presents a hollow-fiber Liquid-Phase microextraction (HF-LPME) for preconcentration ofbupivacaine and dibucaine. Optimal conditions predicted by a Box-Behnken design were ۸۹ minutes, pH=۱۱.۰,and ionic strength of ۳.۰ mol L–۱. The eco-friendly method offers good sensitivity and efficiency using a smallamount a chlorine-free organic solvent.
