چکیده مقاله:

A modified glassy carbon electrode with poly (L-Cys)/Au nanoparticles film was used to determine thepyrogallol (PG) via electrocatalytic oxidation. The developed sensor efficiently minimized the PG oxidationpotential and exhibited a wide linear response to varying PG concentrations (۰.۵۰ - ۳۰۰ μM). It also showed alow detection limit (۰.۰۴ μM) and high sensitivity (۱.۵۴ × ۱۰-۶ A M-۱cm-۲), according to the differential pulsevoltammetry measurements. Overall, the enhanced performance highlights its suitability for reliable PGdetermination in food samples.
