Hydroponic crop system with rotating substrates around its axis

Lack of water is the main factor limiting crop production in agriculture. Management of waterresources, especially in arid and semi-arid areas, will require optimal and economical use of water. Cultivationof crops in the soil is expensive, time-consuming, seasonal and directly subject to climate changes. In hydroponiccultivation, by adding macro and micro elements to water, the plant's need for soil is practically eliminated. Inthe newly developed system, the culture bed is suspended rotating trays that are mounted (connected) on acommon vertical axis, forming a hydroponic culture unit. The new hydroponic system is very different from theexisting systems and water consumption will be ۹۲% and energy will be saved by ۷۵%.
