چکیده مقاله:

معمولا از بعد فناورانه، سیستمی، و مدیریتی هیجان و خوش بینی خاصی در مورد پتانسیل های شهر هوشمند برای داشتن یک شهر کاراتر و پایدارتر وجود دارد ولی از جوانب اجتماعی و شهروندی ملاحظات و نگرانی های اخلاقی-اجتماعی متعددی در مورد پیامدهای پیاده سازی شهر هوشمند مطرح می شوند. این نوع نحوه ورود به بحث و فکر درمورد شهر هوشمند گرچه یکسره نادرست نیست به نظر ما فهم چندان دقیقی از چیستی شهر هوشمند بدست نمی دهد. چراکه شهر هوشمند را گسیخته و جدا از تحولات و جریان های نظری/تاریخی شهرگرایی درنظر می گیرد. برای پاسخ به این سوال که شهر هوشمند چیست (یا چگونه باید باشد) و چه نسبتی با شهروندان دارد (یا باید داشته باشد) لازم است مفهوم شهر و هوشمندی را در درون شهرگرایی معاصر مورد واکاوی قرار دهیم. در این مقاله می کوشیم تا چارچوبی مفهومی برای شهر هوشمند را در چهارچوب های شهرگرایی معاصر و به طور خاص مبتنی بر مفهوم حق داشتن شهر هانری لوفور و دیوید هاروی ارائه دهیم. هدف مقاله این است که دریابد حق داشتن شهر هوشمند چه جوانب و مولفه هایی دارد.
