Designing sgRNA construction vector to knockout HMGR۱ gene in soybean by CRISPR/Cas۹sgRNA designing for CRISPR-edited HMGR۱

In this research an efficient sgRNA was designed based on the HMGR۱ gene sequence and it was sent for synthesis. This SgRNA was cloned in pRGEB۳۲ vector containing U۳ promotor and Cas۹ protein for the future goals of this project, knocking out of HMGR۱ gene in Soy bean (Glycine max) by CRISPR/Cas۹. This expressing construction was successfully replicated in the bacteria of E. Coli, the stain DH۵α and was sent for sequencing in order to accuracy.
