Pathology of the Mental Status of Students and Professors of State Universities in Alborz Province During the Corona Period and Providing Solutions to Compensate For it in the Post-Corona Period

چکیده مقاله:
The purpose of this research is to investigate the mental status of students and professors of state universities in Alborz province during post-corona period. The participants of the study included all the professors and students of the state universities of Alborz province, and ۳۷۹ people were selected as the research sample using the stratified random sampling method and using the Morgan table. The instruments were resilience questionnaire by Connor and Davidson (۲۰۰۳) and depression, anxiety and stress questionnaire (DASS) by Lavibond and Lavibond (۱۹۹۵). The findings of the research showed that there was a significant relationship between online education during the Corona era and the increase in stress, depression and anxiety. Also, the findings showed that there was a negative and significant relationship between resilience and stress, anxiety and depression. In addition, the findings of the present study showed that there was a significant difference between women and men in the level of resilience, but there was no significant difference between women and men in the level of stress, anxiety and depression. Another finding of this research was the lack of relationship between the level of education and the investigated variables. Therefore, it is necessary, considering the change in the type of teaching and learning in universities, to provide the necessary grounds to maintain the mental health of students and professors, and especially to organize courses to increase resilience skills for them.
