چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common type of liver cancer, which forms the important cause of death among all cancers around the world, due to changes made in immunization, environmental factors and life style of people, the incidence of mortality HCC all over the world. Become The liver cirrhosis is an important reason for the risk of HCC and hepatitis virus hepatitis B (HBV), which shows the highest liver cirrhosis that lncRNA is involved in liver pathogenesis. Methods and results: For this research, a gene expression data set based on the fine array of the public base GEO (NCBI GENE EXPRESSION OMNIBUS (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo) found that the gene extension numbers for the data set on the GSE۸۴۰۰۵ holder with GPL۵۱۷۵ from a total of ۷۶ samples, ۳۸ samples The tumor and ۳۸ non-tumor samples are the marginalized data from the Affymetrix file. CEL raw download the interface of several strong RMA arrays for log۲, normalization and background modification, which were pre-processed in order to monitor Array Quality metrics in R. According to analyzes what we did in hepatocellular carcinoma, we studied the genes and pathways of genes that increase or decrease expression in different signaling pathways, which is consistent with previous studies. Conclusion: Increased expression in tumor tissue compared to tumor margin tissue with consideration ۲ > LogFC > -۲ and p-value < ۰.۰۵.
