بررسی نقش سرمایه انسانی و اقتصاد سایه در اثرگذاری رانت منابع طبیعی بر نابرابری درآمد با تغییر رژیم

چکیده مقاله:
نابرابری درآمد یکی از مسائل اساسی است که بیشتر کشورها، به ویژه کشورهای توسعه نیافته، با آن مواجه اند و همواره در تلاش برای کاهش آن هستند. از مهمترین عوامل موثر بر نابرابری درآمد، رانت منابع طبیعی است که بسته به شیوه بهره مندی از منابع طبیعی می تواند اثرات متفاوتی داشته باشد. رابطه مذکور به شدت از سطح سرمایه انسانی کشورها و درجه غیررسمی بودن اقتصاد متاثر است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر رانت منابع طبیعی بر نابرابری درآمد، با در نظر گرفتن نقش اقتصاد سایه و شاخص سرمایه انسانی انجام شده است. برای این کار از داده های سالانه ۱۳۹۹-۱۳۵۰ و روش مارکف-سوئیچینگ استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که اندازه منابع طبیعی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر نابرابری درآمد دارد و همچنین، ارتباط اندازه اقتصاد سایه و نابرابری درآمد در هر دو رژیم (نابرابری بالا/ نابرابری پایین) بهطور قابلتوجهی مثبت و تاثیر سرمایه انسانی بر نابرابری درآمد در هر دو رژیم منفی و معنادار است.
