With the rapid development of science and technology, the world has entered a more serious age. Due to the continuous development of technology, people are more comfortable and safer with home conditions. As a result, smart buildings and homes are produced. A smart home through a home network includes home devices connected to smart devices for monitoring and managing consumption, which performs these coordinations by controlling equipment inside and outside the home and supplying energy sources. Currently, the development process of a smart home is Centralized control has reached distributed control. Currently, four wireless technologies are used in smart homes: Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Z-Wave, Zig-bee. The competition between WiFi and Zig-bee technologies is very high. The purpose of this article is to investigate and evaluate the performance of WiFi technology in home equipment and to control and optimize the cost of electricity. Multiple sources of energy production, including batteries and renewable energy sources, are examined in interaction with the conventional power grid. Also, in order to optimize Various meta-heuristic algorithms are also used to increase the amount of electricity consumption and reduce the electricity cost of the smart home. MATLAB software is also used for simulations. The obtained results showed that if the WiFi system is used in the smart home, it is possible to determine the exact values of the network load, and then use the meta-heuristic algorithm to optimally use the energy producing resources and reduce the total price of the electricity consumed by the smart home. reduced.
