Motivation, as one of the most important factors affecting learning and academic progress, plays a key role in the process of education and training. Teachers, as the guides of this path, can play a significant role in improving the level of learning and academic achievement of students by motivating them. This research was conducted using a review method and by examining reliable scientific sources including articles and books to investigate this relationship and provide solutions to increase the motivation of teachers and consequently improve the academic achievement of students. The findings of this research can lead to a deeper understanding of the role of teacher motivation in learning and provide solutions to improve the academic achievement of students. In addition, the results of this research can be used in educational planning and policy making to increase teacher motivation and improve the quality of education. The results of the research showed that there is a significant relationship between teacher motivation and student academic achievement. In other words, as teacher motivation increases, student academic achievement also improves. The research also showed that factors such as organizational commitment, job satisfaction, sense of self-efficacy and social support have an impact on teacher motivation. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that teacher motivation is one of the important and influential factors on student academic achievement. Therefore, increasing teacher motivation through increased organizational commitment, job satisfaction, sense of self-efficacy and social support can significantly contribute to improving the quality of education and improving student academic achievement.
