چکیده مقاله:
Positive psychology in educational settings can create lots of benefits for both teachers and learners. Turning into the ۲۱st century, it seems crucial to integrate innovative approaches in teaching history, originating from positive psychology. Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) is in great demand due to globalization and the ever-increasing pace of digital growth. Encountering the demotivated and bored students in the classrooms, it is figured out that the new century needs a new teaching psychological recipe that satisfies the existing motivation-based problems. This essay introduces and suggests a training approach, called the SWEET approach, which specializes in growing a nourishing look at the classroom environment for ۲۱st-century education. The SWEET approach emphasizes the importance of fostering a supportive and nurturing educational environment, a sense of well-being, engagement, and educational fulfillment among students. By incorporating factors of Savoring positive experiences, Weaving strengths into the curriculum, Encouraging empathy and collaboration, Emphasizing a growth mindset and Tailoring instruction to individual needs, teachers can create a classroom environment that nurtures college students' holistic improvement and meets the demands of ۲۱st-century education. Applying the above-mentioned elements, this approach encompasses the core principles of positive psychology, recommending an effective base in teacher education and reflective teaching. The study results can be beneficial for teacher trainers, educational centers, curriculum developers, teachers, and learners.
