چکیده مقاله:
The present research was conducted in order to investigate the relationship between influencing factors such as psychological capital and ambiguity tolerance on organizational entrepreneurship through the mediation of organizational creativity among the organization's employees. In order to carry out this research, a sample of (۱۵۰) employees who were selected by cluster sampling method were tested. Data collection tools included the organizational entrepreneurship questionnaires (Cornwall and Perlman), the organizational creativity questionnaire (Zhou and George, ۲۰۰۱), the psychological capital evaluation questionnaire (Luthans, ۲۰۰۷) and McLean's uncertainty tolerance questionnaire (۱۹۹۳). In terms of purpose, this research is applied and in terms of research, it is quantitative and descriptive-correlative. The variables of psychological capital and ambiguity tolerance are included as independent variables and organizational entrepreneurship variable as dependent variable with organizational creativity dimension as mediating variable in this relationship. The data of this research was analyzed using AMOS ۲۴ software. The results obtained from the research show that each of the influencing factors, including psychological capital and ambiguity tolerance, have a direct and positive effect on organizational entrepreneurship. Also, with organizational creativity, these two indirectly help entrepreneurial activities in the organization, and based on the analysis of structural equations, the independent variable of psychological capital has the greatest effect on the entrepreneurial activities in the organization compared to the independent variable of ambiguity tolerance.
