چکیده مقاله:
The purpose of present study was to ascertain the role of time management and workplace bullying in organizational Commitment employees of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences. The population of this study consisted of all employees of Zahedan University of Medical sciences. The sample Size included ۱۹۵ (۹۳women and ۱۰۲men) employees that were selected by connivance sampling method. To collect the data Time, Workplace Bullying and Organizational Commitment Questionnaires were used. To analyze the data Pearson Correlation coefficient and stepwise Multiple Regression was applied and all analyses were done by SPSS software ۲۶. Results revealed that organizational Commitment was positively correlated with Short-term planning (r=.۱۹۴, P=.۰۰۷) and total scores of time management (r=.۰۱۷۲, P=.۰۰۱۷) .also results demonstrated that organizational commitment was negatively correlated with Victim (r=-.۲۰۴, p=.۰۰۴), Fighting (r=-.۰۲۵۶, p=.۰۰۰۱) and bullying (r=-.۳۲۱, p=.۰۰۰۱). The Results of Multiple Stepwise Regression demonstrated that in the first step bullying scores entered into Regression equation an explained ۱۲.۴% of the Variance in Organizational commitment scores and in the second step the scores of Short-term planning entered into Regression equation and explained ۲.۳% of the variance in Organizational commitment scores and they were negative predictions for organizational commitment.
