چکیده مقاله:

The aim of the present study was the meta-analysis of music therapy on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The present research method is meta-analysis and the most important domestic and foreign researches from ۱۹۹۰ to ۲۰۲۳ have been collected and the results have shown that :Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder is the most common neurobehavioral disorder among children, which is associated with symptoms of aggression, hyperactivity, anxiety, and lack of attention. Due to the side effects of drugs used to treat this disorder, music therapy can play an important role in the treatment of children with ADHD. Music exists in all cultures, and most researchers are looking for how music affects different aspects of the psyche. The research conducted in the field of neuroscience in the field of music has grown significantly in recent years. Music therapy by using musical skills to improve physical, mental and emotional-social reactions, help to develop movement, educational, communication, social and emotional abilities and ultimately improve the quality of life. Listening to music has been investigated based on the amount of listening time and its output or effect on ۵ elements of memory, learning, emotions and feelings and physical health. Considering the facilitating effect of sound on people's cognitive performance and the effect of music as one of the usual auditory stimuli on attention, it was investigated. In the current study that was conducted, ۳۷ articles out of ۱۸۴ valid scientific articles were selected through a detailed search on PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus and Magiran sites.
