چکیده مقاله:

The experience of trauma, especially in children, is a serious psychosocial problem. Almost ۶۵% of children and teenagers experience at least one trauma and more than ۳۰% of them experience several traumas before entering school. The experience of trauma and especially child abuse teaches them that the world is cruel and that parents are not capable of taking care of them. These children lose their trust in their parents and get angry with them. The chances of children exposed to trauma and abuse to suffer from multiple psychological problems in childhood and adolescence such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, antisocial behavior disorder, anger and aggression, and acting out they have a high chance of committing suicide. According to the nature of the psychological problems of people with trauma experience, different treatment models have been designed and used. Most of the treatments are based on one or more components. Among these interventions, the following can be mentioned: ACTION app SST BT MDT ACT DBT TF-CBT EMDR CBT CWDABased on the results of research and meta-analysis studies for the treatment of children and adolescents, three effective intervention models are eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and style deactivation (MDT). Several clinical trial studies have shown the effectiveness of EMDR in reducing post-traumatic stress symptoms in victims of non-sexual trauma when applied in the first few weeks after the trauma. Also, TF-CBT has been effective in reducing the symptoms of PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Despite the relative effectiveness of these models in reducing the symptoms of post-traumatic stress, depression and anxiety in children and adolescents with trauma experience, especially non-sexual traumas, in the treatment of children and adolescents with complex problems (confrontational behaviors, suicide, aggression, and suicide) significant effectiveness do not have MDT is designed as a third wave treatment method that provides an effective therapeutic framework for the treatment of adolescents. Although MDT is rooted in Beck's theory, Apsch and De Meo have intelligently designed it. This treatment combines elements of dialectical behavior therapy, functional analytical psychotherapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy well for treating angry, aggressive teenagers, behavior disorders, and having thoughts and experiences. Suicide has been integrated and has significant research support that will be presented in detail.
