چکیده مقاله:
This essay discusses mindfulness and its applications in education and child development. Academic publications and the use of mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) in addition to conventional therapies are showing that mindfulness is becoming more popular in modern society, and more people are interested in its benefits for kids and teens. The essay examines acceptance, intention, awareness, and focus as mindfulness fundamentals. Mindfulness can also improve children's emotional resilience, executive function, and social and emotional competence. The essay also addresses the challenges of incorporating mindfulness into kids' routines and balances rigidity and flexibility. It shows that mindfulness can help children develop and thrive, but it can't solve behavioral or emotional issues. The essay recommends a comprehensive approach that includes professional help when needed, as well as emotional support and education. The essay concludes that mindfulness helps kids develop long-term mindfulness traits, improve executive functions, and control their emotions and thoughts. It requires sophisticated mindfulness tailored to each child's needs and abilities.
