Studying the Satisfaction Level of Contractors with the Features of Cobiax roof(Questionnaire Survey in Iran)

چکیده مقاله:
The two-way concrete slab system serves as the foundation for the Cobiax roof design, except that the areas without a structural purpose feature empty plastic spheres instead of the central concrete core. The degree of contractors' satisfaction with the Cobiax roof's qualities has been explored in this study. A questionnaire containing ۳۷ questions was created for this purpose and given to ۸ specialists. The questionnaire's final form was created based on the opinions of experts and an evaluation of the questionnaire's content validity. Additionally, a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of ۰.۸۱۱ was attained, indicating the test's validity and internal consistency. Fifty contractors with a history of utilizing the Cobiax roof from ۱۱ cities in Iran received the final questionnaire, which included ۳۵ questions. According to the obtained results, the flexible and beautiful architectural plan is one of the most important advantages of cobiax roof due to the reduction of the number of columns and the removal of beams, as well as the high rigidity of this roof. The necessity for specialist executive personnel, the inability to reduce energy consumption during production, transportation and construction, and the lack of an improvement in construction speed were listed as the key drawbacks of the Cobiax roof.
