چکیده مقاله:

Background and Objectives: Nowadays, war is an important factor in the security of any country. There are many concerns about the safety of soldiers. Therefore, for their security purposes, many tools have been installed on them to monitor their health status as well as their actual location. The purpose of this study was to investigate the ability to integrate data mining algorithms and wireless tools for health monitoring and tracking.Materials and Methods: This review study was conducted in ۱۴۰۱ by searching for the Key words remote monitoring, soldiers tracking, wireless technology, and warfare in the PubMed and Google Scholar databases for the period ۲۰۱۲-۲۰۲۲. In this study, ۵۱۹ articles were found, of which ۵۴ articles were selected from the first screening and finally ۱۲ articles were included in this study.Findings: The findings indicated that biosensor systems include a variety of small physiological sensors, transmission modules and processing capabilities, and can facilitate low-cost wearable solutions to monitor soldiers' health. These tools have the ability to track the position and monitor the health of soldiers who are lost or wounded on the battlefield in real time and help save the time for effort and rescue operations of the Army Control Unit (ACU). These systems enable the ACU to use GPS modules and wireless body area sensor (WBASN) networks such as temperature and heart rate sensors to track the location and monitor the health of soldiers. This data is transmitted among other soldiers using the ZigBee module. In addition, the LoRaWAN network infrastructure has been proposed to be used between the commander and the ACU in high-altitude war zones. The collected data is loaded and analyzed on the cloud using data mining algorithms such as K-Means Clustering. Conclusions: The measured data can be transmitted from soldier to group leader and other soldiers using ZigBee and LoRaWAN as wireless transmission technology. These systems help monitor soldiers' health parameters, track their position, detect close bombs and predict the war zone environment using various sensors and K-Means. Using the machine learning algorithm used in these systems helps the soldier to get help from the ACU or other soldiers in panic situations.
