چکیده مقاله:
Differences in the gene expression and the sequence of the geneand RNAs could have a significant effect on Breast cancer developmentand pathogenicity. In this experiment, the expressionand mutation analysis of AGER as a responsible for cellgrowth, differentiation, and migration was performed and theeffect of that in the Breast cancer risk was evaluatedMaterials and Methods: Microarray data analysis was performedto evaluate the AGER expression in BC samples. Anintegrated ceRNA network was performed to find the relatedmiRNAs and lncRNAs to AGER and visualized by Cytoscape.HRM real-time PCR experiment was performed to understandthe effect of two rs۱۸۰۰۶۲۵ and rs۱۸۴۰۰۳ SNPs on the Breastcancer risk.Results: AGER have a significant down-regulation in theBreast cancer samples. An integrated ceRNA network couldregulate the expression of AGER and effect on that in BC. Themutant allele of the two rs۱۸۰۰۶۲۵ and rs۱۸۴۰۰۳ SNPs couldhave a significant effect on the risk of Breast cancer, both inrecessive genotype model.
