چکیده مقاله:
This disease is the most common type of known cancer (apartfrom skin cancer), especially in women. Circular RNAs (circRNAs)are a class of non-coding RNAs formed by the reversesplicing of pre-mRNAs through exons or introns andexon-derived circular RNAs only. Circular RNA (circRNA)with covalently closed circular structure, without ۵' caps andpolyadenylated tails is abundantly present in the cytoplasm ofeukaryotic cells.In recent years, much research attention hasbeen drawn to circRNAs, which is primarily due to their vitalrole in the development and progression of diseases, especiallycancers.circHIPK۳, circRNA homeodomain-interacting protein kinase۳, is associated with human diseases such as cancers.Severalstudies have shown that circHIPK۳ regulates cell proliferation,differentiation and migration through the recruitment of severalmirRNAs and plays a key role in the process of diseases, especiallycancers.In the present study, the expression level of circHIPK۳ in ۳۰blood samples of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy and۳۰ blood samples of breast cancer patients before chemotherapyand ۳۰ blood samples of normal people as control groupusing sybr Green Real- PCR time was investigated followingRNA extraction and cDNA synthesis.The data was analyzed using Livak calculation method andMann-Whitney statistical method. The results of this researchindicate an increase in the expression of circHIPK۳ in the peripheralblood of breast cancer patients compared to normalcontrols and a decrease in the expression of circHIPK۳ in theperipheral blood of breast cancer patients after chemotherapycompared to the peripheral blood of breast cancer patients beforechemotherapy. Was. The present results suggest circHIPK۳as a possible breast cancer related candidate for further studies.
