Exploring Various Reflective Teaching Instruments in the Context of Iranian English Language Education: An Investigative Study

چکیده مقاله:
The aim of this study was to determine if there exist different in various Reflective Teaching Instrumentsin the context of Iranian English Language Education or not and to identify which tool yielded moredependable data for reflective teachers. To address this research question, a researcher-madequestionnaire related to teachers' decision-making processes was developed. The study populationconsisted of teachers (approximately ۶۰) and ۲۵۰ students in the Navid English Institute and ShirazAzad University in Shiraz. Simple random sampling was used to select a research sample consisting of۱۰ teachers and ۷۵ students. The study followed a descriptive, non-experimental correlational design.Statistical analysis involved the use of ANOVA and Pearson's Coefficient of Correlation. The ANOVAresults indicated that the observed F-value (۷.۹۲) was statistically significant at the ۰.۰۵ level, signifyingsignificant differences in the data obtained by different reflective tools. Furthermore, subsequentanalysis revealed that certain reflective teaching tools yielded more reliable data for teachers.
