چکیده مقاله:

This research focuses on investigating the topic of loyal and non-loyal customers, utilizing data mining tools such as clustering and scatter plots for analysis. Using the RapidMiner software and python, customer information is input and preprocessed, followed by executing clustering on the data. The objective of this project is to gain a better understanding of loyal and non-loyal customers to develop customer-friendly strategies aimed at increasing positive interactions with loyal customers. Finally, the consumption of products in various regions and continents is examined, and the results of the analysis are presented using scatter plots.
