چکیده مقاله:

his study was carried out in different species of Chinese cyprinid fishes cultured under the same conditions in larval stages, fingerlings and fish fry released to water resources with average weight of (۵۰۰±۰.۳ mg), (۱±۰.۵ g) and (۷±۰.۶ g), respectively. Sampling was done from infected fish eggs and organs to investigate parasite and fungi species. Based on the obtained results, only diplostomum sp. parasitic infection was observed in larval fishes. Also, diplostomum sp., Trichodina sp., Ichthyophthirius sp., Chilodonella sp., Copepodea was observed in fingerlings. Parasitic infection with Diplostomum sp., Dactylogurus sp., Ichthyophthirius sp. Trichodina sp., Cryptobia sp., Ichtyobodo sp. was observed in fish fry released to water sources. In the statistical analysis, the highest percentage of common carp infected with Diplostomum sp. parasite was in larvae (۱۵%), fingerlings (۳۰%) and fish fry released to water resources (۴۳%). There was no significant difference in the frequency, severity and prevalence of parasites among different fish species in the ۳ stages of larvae, fingerlings and fish fry released to water resources (p≥۰.۰۵). In fungal studies, ۴ genera including Saprolegnia sp., Fusarium sp., Aspergillus sp., Penicillium sp. were isolated and identified from eggs, gills and skin of different fish species. The highest percentage of fungal contamination was observed in eggs (۴۴.۹۳%) and skin (۱۴.۳۲%) of grass carp, and the highest fungal contamination in fish was belonged to the Saprolegnia sp. The presence of a variety of fungal and parasitic agents in this center can disrupt the production and rearing of fish fry. Therefore, it is necessary to apply appropriate health management protocols.
